Conversion Crest sets up, fixes, and manages Google Business Profiles for restaurants. That's the listing people see on Google Search and Maps when they look for somewhere to eat. I make sure it has the right hours, a current menu, great photos, and a reply to every review.
Why it matters
A Google Business Profile is the free listing that shows your restaurant's hours, location, menu, photos, and reviews on Google Search and Google Maps. For many customers, it's the first impression of your restaurant, and often the only one before they decide.
It's also where people tap to call, get directions, order, or book a table. It works the same way whether you run a café, a pizzeria, a brewery, or a fine dining room. When your listing is accurate and active, it quietly sends you customers every day. When it's wrong or neglected, it sends them to the place down the street.
Your listing and your website should always tell the same story. If your menu link points to an outdated page, I can fix that too with restaurant website fixes and updates.
Restaurant Google listing help
These are the listing problems I see most often. Each one quietly costs you customers, and each one can be fixed.
Hours changed and Google didn't, holidays got missed, or a customer suggested an edit that Google accepted.
No menu link, a blurry PDF, or prices from two years ago.
Your restaurant vanished from Maps, often after an edit or name change tripped Google's filters.
Two listings split your reviews and show customers conflicting information.
Listed as just "Restaurant" instead of something specific like "Pizza restaurant," "Coffee shop," or "Brewpub," so you miss searches.
A former manager or old agency controls it, and you can't make changes.
What's included
Everything your listing needs to be accurate, complete, and active, from the basics to the harder problems like suspensions. You supply your own photos, and I edit and optimize the photos you send.

The process
It starts with a free listing check. Then I clean up the basics, fix any bigger problems through Google's official process, and keep the listing current every month.
I review your profile the way a hungry customer would and list exactly what's wrong or missing.
You add me as a manager (you stay the owner) and send your photos and menu details. I fix hours, menu, photos, categories, and links.
Suspensions, duplicates, and ownership problems go through Google's official support process.
Holiday hours, fresh photos from you, weekly posts, and review replies keep your listing working month after month.

FAQ
Usually because the hours were never updated after a change, holiday hours weren't set, or Google accepted an edit suggested by a customer or pulled from another website. The fix is to correct your hours in your Business Profile, set holiday hours ahead of time, and make your website and other listings match. I walk through every step in how to fix wrong restaurant hours on Google.
First, find and fix whatever likely broke Google's guidelines, such as extra keywords in your business name, an address problem, or a big recent edit. Then submit a reinstatement request through Google with proof of your business, like a business license, utility bill, or photos of your storefront and signage. Google decides the outcome and the timing. I handle the whole process and keep you updated.
Duplicates usually come from an old listing that was never removed, a previous owner's listing, or a new listing created after a move or rebrand. I figure out which listing to keep and request that the others be merged or removed through Google's process, so your reviews and details stay in one place.
You can link your listing to your online menu, and in many cases add menu items and photos directly in your Business Profile. The best setup is a real menu page on your own website, not a PDF, linked from your listing and kept current. I set this up and keep it updated.
Only if it breaks Google's review policies, for example spam, fake reviews, or off-topic or hateful content. Those can be reported for removal. For honest negative reviews, the best move is a calm, helpful reply, because future customers read those replies. I write them for you.
Most updates, like hours, menu links, photos, and categories, can be made within a few business days of getting access. Google reviews some changes before they show, and suspensions or verifications can take longer. I'll tell you what to expect up front.
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Rankings depend on things like how close the searcher is to you. What I can do is make your listing complete, accurate, and active, which are the parts you control, and keep it that way.
No. All my work is remote, so you supply your own photos of your food, space, and team. I can edit and optimize the photos you send before they go on your listing.
Always. You stay the owner. I'm added as a manager so I can make changes, and you can remove my access at any time.
I'll check your restaurant's Google Business Profile for free and send you a short list of what to fix.
